做好鋼筋彎曲試驗(yàn)機(jī)的預(yù)防工作

俗話說：“安全與效率至上，事故與損失并存”，因此鋼筋彎曲試驗(yàn)機(jī)的事故預(yù)防工作不僅是確保安全的手段，而且是確保企業(yè)效益的手段。

1.檢查鋼筋彎曲試驗(yàn)機(jī)的機(jī)械性能是否良好，工作臺(tái)和彎曲機(jī)工作臺(tái)應(yīng)保持水平； 并準(zhǔn)備各種心軸工具塊。

2.根據(jù)加工后的鋼筋直徑和直徑，安裝心軸，成型軸，鐵保持軸或可變保持架。

5. It is strictly forbidden to change the mandrel, change the angle and adjust the speed during the operation, and do not add oil or remove it.

2.根據(jù)加工后的鋼筋直徑和折彎機(jī)的要求，安裝心軸，成型軸，鐵固定軸或可變固定架。心軸的直徑應(yīng)為鋼筋直徑的3倍。

7.彎曲硬度或低合金鋼筋時(shí)，應(yīng)根據(jù)機(jī)械銘牌更改最大極限直徑，并更換相應(yīng)的心軸。

8.嚴(yán)禁在彎曲的鋼筋半徑范圍內(nèi)以及未固定機(jī)身的一側(cè)站立。 彎曲的半成品應(yīng)整齊堆放，鉤子不得朝上。
